| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 12:00PM will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the second business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Honest Vapor or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

| You may return most new, unopened, unused items items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. All returns must be post marked back to us within 8 days of delivery. For health concerns and safety, the following products may NOT be returned: liquid, drip tips, cartridges, cartomizers, clearomizers and atomizers. We will cover the cost of any return shipping if the return is a result of an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns containing used/defective items will result in a replacement or store credit only.
All refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the return. Banks traditionally take 5-10 business days to process any credits back to your account, so please be aware of this when waiting for a refund.
