| Honest Vapor products are intended for use by persons of legal smoking age who are committed smokers and not by non-smokers whether of any legal age, minors or children, people with allergies, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, persons with, or at risk, of heart or vascular disease, high blood pressure, low-blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, COPD or other pulmonary conditions, or if you are taking medications for any of these conditions or any other prescription or any over the counter drug or substance used in any regimen. Do not use this product in conjunction with tobacco cigarettes or other tobacco products containing nicotine (if nicotine option is selected) including but not limited to patches, lozenges, gums and other NRT delivery products. Consult a physician if any of these apply to you before using this product. If you experience nicotine misuse symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, weakness and rapid heartbeat discontinue using the device immediately and consult with your physician. If you smoke tobacco products, we join those who urge you to stop. Be advised that Honest Vapor has not yet been studied as a smoking cessation or NRT delivery device in the USA so we may not and are not representing it as such nor promoting it as such until the time it is appropriate to do so. Please keep Honest Vapor products out of the reach of children and pets; ingestion of certain pieces can present a choking hazard, and ingestion or absorption through skin, mouth or any manner of the non-vaporized and concentrated ingredients in the cartridges can be poisonous. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and these statements or Honest Vapor products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or claim any therapeutic benefit. Never use near flammable liquids or gases. HonestVapor.com and its affiliates do not warrant that this Site; information, content, materials, products, software, or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this Site; their services; or email sent from HonestVapor.com are free of viruses or other harmful components. HonestVapor.com and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site or from any information, content, materials, products, software or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this Site including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing. Buyers must be of legal age to purchase items on this site and agree hereby that purchasing any item on the site is subject to the applicable legislation.
Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

Applicable Law By visiting HonestVapor.com, you agree that the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and HonestVapor.com or its affiliates.
Severability If any provision of these Site Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

| Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Honest Vapor reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. |

| We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $50 fee on all returned checks.

| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Honest Vapor shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Honest Vapor shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Honest Vapor shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
